If you buy one of our small business marketing eBooks or Training Manuals, read it and aren’t fully satisfied within 90 days, contact Customer Support at email@example.com. Individual items may have even longer periods of up to 365 days as specified on the order page.
If you’re not satisfied with a manual or handbook contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days for return information.
Digital products come with limited guarantees as specified on the each product page.
For third-party products on sale at www.clientsdelivered.com, these transactions are made between you, the customer, and the third party seller. In Mind Communications, LLC does not take responsibility for these third party transactions. 3. TRIAL OFFERS
When purchasing a trial offer, you agree that on the 37th day of the 90 day trial period, you will be billed for the outstanding amount (for Attracting More & Better Customers, Eliminating Obstacles to Sales, and 15 Second Marketing) or the first of two monthly installments (for Creating Websites That Sell and Writing Copy That Sells). You still have the remainder of the 90-day trial to return your manual for a full refund.
4. CHARLIE COOK’S INSIDERS’ CLUB
Charlie Cook’s Insiders’ Club is billed every 30 days from your initial order date and comes with a 30-day risk-free trial. See returns information for return shipping address.
With your paid subscription you will also gain access to the member site’s protected content. Upon cancelation of your subscription you will also lose access to the member site.
6. RETURN INFORMATION
All materials come with a 90-day risk-free trial. At the end of the 90 days, should you want to return your manual, email Customer Support for RMA instructions. Returns are ONLY to be made to In Mind Communications, c/o 4610 Prime Parkway, McHenry, IL 60050.
Upon receipt of a return, the returns department will inspect the materials. If they are not found to be in like-new condition at our discretion, we will not issue a refund. In Mind Communications, LLC is not responsible for any damage during the return shipping process.
We do not pay for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping fees back to our warehouse.
7. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers are provided by FedEx for items shipped by FedEx within the U.S. and Canada. All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority and may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Please do not contact customer service until 8 weeks have passed since your order date. If you select the incorrect shipping amount at checkout, e.g. selection domestic shipping for international destinations, In Mind Communications, LLC reserves the right to bill you appropriately.
8. PERMITTED USE OF DATA
You may not use articles or other intellectual property on your website without express written consent of In Mind Communications, LLC. When you are granted permission to use information, at the top of your page you must provide a link back to http://www.clientsdelivered.com
9. INFORMATION AND SERVICES

13. USE OF PASSWORDS
Use of any password-protected area of associated sites is restricted to the individual who has been given permission and a password to enter such area (the “Authorized Party”). The password cannot be distributed to others, and the Authorized Party is responsible for any and all damages to In Mind Communications, LLC resulting from the distribution of his or her password.
If more than one individual wishes to use a single password belonging to an Authorized Party, such Authorized Party must request permission from Charlie Cook, in writing, it being understood that Charlie Cook shall be under no obligation to approve any such request.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms & conditions are governed by U.S. law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to be made in the U.S. and the parties agree that in the event of a dispute on any term in this agreement, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under State of Connecticut law before any court action. Both parties will agree on the choice of arbitrator and the venue.
